Availability: For urgent intakes we recommend you call Zoe Durand directly on 0435595400 as there is a possibility other times may be available additional to the calendar. Pricing: Up to 1 hour intake session: $330 each per session per party. (all prices incl GST) Venue: by video or telephone Additional time: If the intake runs over 1 hour a further invoice may be rendered for any time at $300 plus GST per hour in total. In general intakes are booked at the same time or just after booking a 3, 4 or 7 hour mediation. However sometimes parties book an intake before confirming if we can proceed with mediation as part of them understanding the process to then make the decision as to if they want to mediate at this point or not. Intake sessions are not compulsory if we have booked a mediation, but I do find they assist the parties in being fully ready for mediation. Please note these are $300 plus GST per intake session for up to an hour. If the client wants an extended intake this can be arranged. Intake sessions are usually with both the lawyer and client, however I can also run them directly with the client only. In intake session we cover: - The legal and non legal issues from the lawyer and the client's perspective. The context to the matter and issues the client wishes to put on the agenda - ideas the lawyer or client has to resolve the issues (i.e options) - Any questions the lawyer or client has regarding the mediation - logistics i.e third parties, format, (shuttle or joint sessions), any other things that need doing prior to mediation - I explain how I intend to run the mediation.
